Snow is assured the entire winter season in the elevated hamlet of Zürs (1720m), next to the village of Lech looking out to the Alberg massif and the location of a grand chalet. Adapted, divided and refurbished to now comprise three suitably upscale luxury apartments that grant guests privacy and the exclusive service of a five-star hotel. Suitably elegant common areas are arranged on the lowest level and on the top floor of the chalet: a lounge bar with dining area, a cigar room and a pool, as well as a sumptuous spa with sauna, relaxation and massage rooms, ice room, steam bath, rain showers and enthralling mountain views respectively. Sandwiched between these floors are the three apartments: 2 adjacent and 2 arranged over two levels. The décor is a clever integration of natural stone features with exemplary wood floors, wall panelling and ceilings. The muted tones of dense luxury fabrics and upholstered furniture, wall trophies and a cigar room induce an ambience of tranquil cosiness, akin to a gentleman’s club, but with the bonus of incredible mountain scenery all around.
The chalet apartments are configured in either an arrangement of 3 or 2 double bedrooms with contemporary en suite bathrooms. Two apartments enjoy also the benefit of having a steam room within. A most recent addition to the chalet is a vast 70 sq. m top floor super king-size bedroom en suite (stand-alone shower and bathtub) and living room with wide fireplace. This is a master suite that can be available in combination with any of the other apartments and, altogether, a grand total of up to 18 guests can reside in the total comfort of this property. Gourmet meals can be served either in the privacy of the dining room of your own apartment, or in the lounge bar, where you can also entertain visitors.
With ski slopes and three major ski lifts adjacent, the chalet is perfectly suited for a grand winter sports holiday with family and friends. The property’ versatility with independent apartments, guest office area and a cigar room can also be considered for corporate rentals seeking exclusive service and comfort.
