The villa is located in the Southern part of Paros in the Faragas area.
The property is spacious but at the same time perfectly balanced. It is large but convivial, minimal modern but yet warm, stylish yet comfortable. It offers two very large master bedrooms with sea view and generous bedrooms and bathrooms, huge dining tables, queen size sun loungers.
Special emphasis is given to its L shaped infinity pool of 80 sq.m (13×6) as well as its verandas, outdoor covered dining and sitting areas with the beautiful setting of Faragas bay.
The ground floor consists of the entrance hall, living area, fully equipped open plan kitchen and storage area strategically located so to connect the outdoor with the inner dining room area, a very spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double bedroom en suite and two twin bedrooms en suite.
Two independent guesthouses at the garden level of the villa with sea view. The living room has spacious windows all leading to the front terrace with its infinity pool overlooking Faragas bay and Faragas beach.
The sun sets into Antiparos giving beautiful colours each afternoon which you can watch from the terrace while enjoying your drinks.
