It is traditional finca, situated on 1 hectare of land, which has been refurbished with a twist of Moroccan taste. There are 800 sq. m of living space and cool interiors. Close to the airport and just 6 km West of Ibiza Town, access to the villa is easy via a simple track off the San José road. Once you arrive at the property and enter through the porch and entrance hall you are immediately transported to another world; an eclectic mix of African and Balearic influences to the forefront. Inside, the ample interiors are handsomely decorated and furnished and the villa feels very much like a home. The vibe is mellow, enhanced by a wide appointment of numerous North African artifacts, artworks, paintings, and furniture adorned with rich fabrics of bold, vivid colours. The villa is near to the famous white sand beach, Salinas, and the pebble beach, Cala Jondal. This is considered the island’s trendiest beach, with a great selection of beach restaurants and shimmering, turquoise water.
The villa accommodates up to 14 guests in 7 bedrooms en suite. Each is distinct in décor and all have air conditioning. The living room is open plan with 3 different seating areas and styles of seating, and the indoor dining room looks out to a covered terrace with an outdoor chill out area as well as an al fresco dining area next to the matured landscape garden. The paved and richly furnished open terraces are impressive and can be used for al fresco dining, to relax and savour Nature and blissful tranquillity, or perhaps to enjoy an impromptu evening barbecue under the stars. The villa has the uncommon luxury of both a tennis court and swimming pool; the latter a picture perfect composition of cool turquoise water framed by white stone wall and terraces, terracotta and a flanking line of sun beds matching the colour of the pool.
This luxury villa is a good choice when you seek total relaxation and to get away from it all whilst staying in Ibiza. Its space and facilities, indoor and out, makes this villa an attractive wedding venue too!
